How To Book

Online:

Tickets for some events are available for purchase on-line. Tickets can be purchased online where you see the following icon:

The booking system automatically allocates you the best seats for your chosen performance. A third party company provides this online ticketing facility.

By Phone:

To buy on the phone call the box office on 01723 357869 between 10am and 3pm (or until 8pm late May - September). Please leave a message if you can't get through and our box office assistants will get back to you as soon as they can.

In Person:

The Box Office is situated in the main entrance to the Spa Complex. The standard opening hours are 10am to 3pm daily, but during the Summer Season (late May to mid September) we are open from 10am - 8pm daily.

By Post:

To buy tickets through the post please send your cheque (payable to 'Scarborough Borough Council') to:

Please remember to add 50p for postage/administration charges and enclose a letter stating which event you are booking for. You can phone the box office in advance of sending your cheque to reserve your seats.
