There are breathtaking sea views from the Spa Ocean Room over Scarborough’s South Bay, allowing natural light along its entire length. It is a multi-purpose venue, seating up to 690 delegates and can provide 886 square metres of exhibition space, along with a large foyer and entrance area leading onto a first floor terraced area.

The adaptability of this venue is one of its major strengths as the room can provide different styles of seating layout ranging from theatre, classroom or cabaret style for conferences.

The Ocean Room provides a large stage and dance floor ideal for dance competitions, concerts, and dinner dances.

The Spa’s major function room, the Ocean Room is also the largest party catering venue in Scarborough being able to accommodate up to 700 people for banquets.

There is a PA, Induction loop, Audio Visual systems and blackout equipment installed within the Ocean Room switch room to provide for any event.
