Conferences with a minimum of 100 delegates may be eligible for free room hire at the Spa Complex when the free accommodation booking service offered by Scarborough Conference Bureau is used. This does not apply to space occupied by ‘commercial’ exhibitions.

• All delegate accommodation including Headquarter hotels must be booked through Scarborough Conference Bureau’s free accommodation booking service

• Accommodation must be for a minimum of two nights

• There must be a minimum of 100 delegates attending the conference

• There must be a substantial requirement for catering services at the Spa Complex

Please note: If the level of delegate accommodation bookings falls below 75%, room hire charges at the Spa Complex will be enforced. Incentive payments may also be affected.
